METRIC ASSESSOR | MASTERCLASS is a specialized program developed to advance the application of HR Metrics’ multi-layered test infrastructure and behavioral assessment methodology.
This training is designed to deepen the interpretation of assessments built on cognitive-behavioral theory, evaluating individuals along the emotion–thought–behavior axis and strengthening competency-based analysis.
Additionally, it equips participants with the technical knowledge, AI prompt development skills, and interpretation standards required to prepare meaningful data for LBM (Large Behavior Model)—HR Metrics’ proprietary AI-supported behavioral analysis system.
