HR Metrics solutions are designed for both external candidates and current employees. While AI-powered assessments streamline external hiring, you can also run programs internally to generate team reports that reveal retention potential, development needs, organisational well-being, corporate values alignment, cognitive capacity and performance levels among your existing staff.

Can the platform integrate with our existing systems (ATS, HRIS, SSO)?

Yes. The platform is built on an end-to-end digital integration architecture. It connects to your ATS or HRIS via open APIs, automatically sending test links through email or system triggers. The interview module is also fully integrated with all assessment inventories.

Is technical support available?

Absolutely. HR Metrics offers 24/7 technical and methodological support. Our expert team is on hand for panel setup, integrations and report interpretation—every step of the way.

How does the subscription model work?

The system is offered on 6-month or 12-month subscription plans. Your subscription includes a licence for each individual you wish to assess, and each licence grants access to all tests and inventories available on the HR Metrics platform.

How are user roles and permissions configured?

The platform employs a role-based access model. Separate profiles can be created for administrators, specialists and consultants, so each user’s permissions are clearly defined. In the digital interview module, multiple managers can simultaneously score and comment on the same candidate, enabling collaborative decisions while maintaining strict confidentiality.
