HR METRICS, acting in the capacity of "Data Controller" as defined under KVKK, is obliged to inform you regarding the collection methods, purposes of processing, legal grounds, and your rights concerning your personal data, in accordance with its transparency principle and responsibility to protect legal security. Your personal data, obtained by HR METRICS within the limits set forth by law, may be recorded, stored, preserved, updated, categorized, anonymized, and shared with third parties where permitted by law. It may also be restructured or modified when necessary, and processed in other ways outlined under Article 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the continuity and quality improvement of HR METRICS services.

Personal Data – Types of Data That May Be Collected About Data Subjects

  • Identity Information – such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, gender, marital status, nationality, place and date of birth – may be requested for the purpose of identifying you within our inventory system. This processing is carried out on the basis of its necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, for processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, and when explicitly required by law.
  • Contact Information – such as address, telephone number, and email – may be requested to allow communication during our professional relationship, to share updates related to your processes, and for other reasons explicitly stipulated by law.
  • Financial Information – which is legally categorized along with identity data – may also be requested under the same legal grounds described above.
  • Professional Information – related to your areas of expertise – may be collected to understand and develop the nature of our relationship with you and to classify such relations appropriately.

Third Parties to Whom Data May Be Transferred In order to fulfill our business activities, your personal data may be shared with our legal consultants, service providers, partner firms, government databases, and other authorized intermediaries.

Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Collected data may include audio recordings, written documents, or digital information and will be retained by our company for a minimum period of 3 years.

As a “Data Subject” within the meaning of Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise your rights when the necessary conditions are met. If your request incurs a cost beyond our legal obligations, HR Metrics reserves the right to request reimbursement of such expenses.

Our company has the right to accept or reject your request and will notify you in writing or electronically with justification. If your request is accepted, the necessary actions will be taken. If the request is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or if no response is given within the legal time period, you may submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Board) within 30 days from the date you are notified of our response, and no later than 60 days from your initial request. Pursuant to Article 14(2) of the KVKK, no complaint may be lodged with the Board before exhausting the internal application procedure. Your right to claim compensation under general legal provisions in case of infringement of your personal rights remains reserved.
